Refund policy

 

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • All sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are only allowed in the case of a manufacturing defect.

  • Once an order and a deposit are received, we are not able to guarantee that we can make a change to the order, including cancellation.

  • Incorrect color, size, or missing items must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

 

Deposit

  • A non-refundable minimum deposit of 50% states your intent to purchase a garment and is required upon receipt of invoiceThe remaining balance is due upon completion of the order.

  • Please note that your deposit may be reflected as a discount on your order, but the deposit is not an actual discount.

  • We may require some orders, such as orders for in-stock items, to pay in full.

  • Fulfilled orders that are not fully paid for within 30 days will be canceled.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

 

Payment Terms

  • Fulfilled orders must have their remaining balance paid in full within 30 days from the date of fulfillment. 

  • If the remaining balance is not paid within the 30-day deadline, TAHA 20 reserves the right to:

    • Cancel the order.​

    • Retain any and all payments made on the order, including but not limited to deposits or partial payments.
