Shipping

• A flat rate of $20 applies to domestic shipping for up to two items; further items may incur added charges.

• The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping information on the invoice.

• If you suspect your package has been damaged in transit or tampered with, you must report it to us immediately upon receipt. Failure to notify us promptly will impact our ability to resolve the matter or file a claim with the carrier.

• Estimated delivery dates provided may vary due to factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen events. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or other third parties.
